These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing and use of the website, as well as the purchase of products offered through it.

By placing an order, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms.

3. Products

Be Bold Padel offers padel-related products, including rackets, accessories and promotional packs.

We reserve the right to modify the catalogue at any time, including prices, availability or descriptions.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. There may be slight variations from the actual product.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Be Bold Padel reserves the right to change prices at any time.

However, products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Purchase process

The purchase process is complete when the customer receives an order confirmation email.

Be Bold Padel reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:

  • An obvious pricing error.

  • Lack of stock.

  • Payment problems.

  • Reasonable indications of fraud.

In that case, a full refund will be issued.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and the corresponding refund will be issued.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Be Bold Padel's control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or carrier incidents.

8. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.

9. Liability

Be Bold Padel shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse of the products purchased.

  • Damage resulting from incorrect use.

  • Technical interruptions of the website beyond our control.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design, structure) is the property of Be Bold Padel or is used under licence.

Its reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence.
