You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted; we never see or store your card details.

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@beboldpadel.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.

Yes. If you need an invoice with your tax details, email us with your order number and we'll send it to you.

Yes, all prices include VAT where applicable. For shipments outside the European Union (Switzerland and Andorra), Spanish VAT is not charged; see the customs section below.

Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and Andorra. For the Canary Islands or other destinations, please contact us.

We prepare orders within 24–48 business hours. Delivery then takes:

• Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours
• Balearic Islands and Portugal: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

• Spain: €4.95 — free on orders over €89
• Portugal: €6.95 — free on orders over €109
• Europe: €14.95 up to 1 kg, €19.95 from 1 to 2 kg, €34.95 from 2 to 4 kg — free on orders over €169

Our international parcel service accepts parcels of up to 2 kg. That's why some heavier items, such as certain packs, ball cases or 6-can packs, can only be shipped to Spain and Portugal.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.

Switzerland and Andorra are outside the European Union, so your order goes through customs and import taxes are paid by the recipient. We don't charge you Spanish VAT, so you never pay tax twice.

• Switzerland: there are no customs duties on sports equipment. Swiss VAT (8.1%) applies — it isn't charged if the tax amount is below CHF 5 — plus the postal operator's customs handling fee.
• Andorra: Andorran IGI applies (generally 4.5%), plus any carrier handling fees.

We always include a complete commercial invoice and customs documents so clearance is quick.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with its original tags. Email us at info@beboldpadel.com with your order number and the product.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake with your order — in that case, we cover it.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving and checking the product, using the same payment method you used.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of overgrips, grips, racket protectors, wristbands, sprays or ball cans once opened or used. Used or personalised products can't be returned either.

We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. You can return the product and place a new order for the one you prefer.

All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. It covers manufacturing defects, not damage from impacts, misuse or normal wear. If you have a problem, email us with photos and we'll help you sort it out.

• Round: more control and a large sweet spot. Ideal if you're starting out or play a control game.
• Teardrop: a balance of control and power. Suits most intermediate players.
• Diamond: maximum power, head-heavy balance. Recommended for advanced, attacking players.

A soft racket gives you more ball output with less effort and is easier on your arm. A hard racket offers more precision and power on strong shots, but requires better technique.
