Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • It must not show any damage, signs of use or wear.

  • It must include the original tags, if any.

⚠️ Returns of products that have been used or handled beyond simple inspection will not be accepted.

3. Return costs

Unless the error is on Be Bold Padel's part:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • The customer may send the product back using the carrier of their choice.

If we made a mistake with your shipment, Be Bold Padel will cover the costs.

4. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

  • Be Bold Padel may withhold the refund until the product has been received or its condition has been checked.

5. Defective or damaged products

If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We may ask for photos of the product and the packaging.

  • In these cases, Be Bold Padel will cover the costs of replacement or return.

6. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalised products.

  • Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed (e.g. opened grips or overgrips).

  • Used products.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item.

🚫 Products excluded from returns

For reasons of hygiene, health protection or product preservation, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed or used:

  • Overgrips
  • Grips
  • Racket protectors
  • Wristbands
  • Sprays and liquid products or products applied to the skin
  • Depressurised or opened ball tubes
  • Personalised products

Likewise, returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of use, wear or handling beyond simple inspection of the item.

Be Bold Padel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

These limitations do not affect your rights as a consumer in the case of a defective product or a shipping error.
